In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "agb99" refers to the online gambling platform operated at agb99.asia, including its sportsbook, live casino, slots, poker, and all other products offered therein.
• "Platform" means the agb99 website, mobile-responsive interface, and any related services accessible at agb99.asia.
• "Member" or "You" means any individual who has registered a verified account on the agb99 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration, which holds the Member's balance denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, expressed in IDR and inclusive of any applicable bonus funds subject to the conditions set out in Clause 5.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin credit, or other incentive awarded to a Member by agb99 under a specific promotion, which is subject to wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Member directly from a personal bank account or e-wallet, excluding any Bonus Funds.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any sporting bet, casino game stake, poker buy-in, or other form of real-money play placed by a Member on the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by agb99 prior to processing withdrawal requests or investigating account disputes, as further described in Clause 3.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all agb99 operational communications and deadlines unless otherwise stated.

To register and maintain an account on the agb99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. agb99 enforces a strict minimum age of 21. Providing false information about your age during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded member under agb99's Responsible Gaming program at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during your membership.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of agb99 or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of any such individual.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law at the time of placing any Wager.

3.1 Registration

To open an Account, you must complete the agb99 registration form accurately and in full, providing truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. You must create a unique username and a strong, confidential password. agb99 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason.

3.2 One Account Per Member

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the agb99 Platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

3.3 KYC Verification

agb99 requires all Members to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request exceeding Rp 500,000, and may request KYC documents at any time at its sole discretion. Acceptable KYC documents include:

• A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP) showing full name and date of birth.
• A valid Indonesian passport (for Members who are Indonesian nationals residing abroad).
• A bank statement or e-wallet transaction record confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within 14 calendar days of a request will result in withdrawal of the pending transaction and may result in account suspension pending further investigation.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. agb99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify agb99 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

agb99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 (Indonesian Rupiah ten thousand). agb99 does not charge a deposit fee. Processing times for bank transfers are generally within 5 minutes during standard banking hours; e-wallet deposits are typically credited instantly upon confirmation.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes under standard operating conditions, subject to satisfactory KYC verification. agb99 does not impose a withdrawal fee. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, unless a formal payment method change has been approved by the agb99 compliance team following a KYC review.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

agb99 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing in the following circumstances:

• KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily provided.
• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering in connection with the Account.
• The withdrawal request is made before wagering requirements on an active Bonus have been met (see Clause 5).
• The Account is under investigation for a breach of these Terms.

4.5 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagering requirements, bonuses, and limits are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). agb99 does not accept foreign currency deposits or process foreign currency withdrawals.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by agb99 are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. Where these general Terms conflict with a promotion-specific term sheet, the more specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real Money Funds eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), and expiry period will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered in full before any withdrawal of Real Money Funds is processed when a Bonus is active on the Account.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• A Member may only claim each promotion once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• agb99 reserves the right to withdraw any Bonus offer from a Member who agb99 reasonably suspects is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotional terms, or providing false information to qualify for an offer.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash value outside the stated wagering process.
• agb99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable notice posted on the Platform.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds expire 30 calendar days after the date of issue if the applicable wagering requirements have not been met within that period. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account balance without compensation.

6.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on the agb99 sportsbook — including pre-match, in-play, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) markets — are governed by the agb99 Sportsbook Rules published on the Platform. In the event of any discrepancy between these general Terms and the Sportsbook Rules, the Sportsbook Rules govern for betting-related matters. agb99 covers domestic Indonesian football (BRI Liga 1 featuring clubs including Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United), Timnas Indonesia fixtures, international football (EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF), badminton, MotoGP, esports, and other sports as published on the Platform from time to time.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games — including live dealer tables supplied by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, and slot titles supplied by Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other certified studios — are governed by the rules of each individual game as presented within the game interface. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are available within each game's information panel.

6.3 Void Bets

agb99 reserves the right to void any Wager that was placed in error, at an obviously incorrect price, or as a result of a technical malfunction. In such cases, the stake for the voided Wager will be returned to the Member's Account balance.

6.4 Technical Interruptions

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a live casino round or sportsbook in-play event, agb99 will apply the game provider's or sportsbook operator's standard interrupted-game policy, the details of which are available in the relevant game or market rules. agb99 shall not be liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by the Member's internet service provider or device.

agb99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes the welfare of its Members seriously. The following tools are available to all Members directly from their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in IDR. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure timed alerts that notify them of the duration of their current session.
• Cool-Off Period: Members may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which no deposits, Wagers, or logins are permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion (minimum 6 months). Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period and will be processed within 24 hours of a verified request submitted to agb99 support.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the agb99 Platform. A breach of any provision in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balance at agb99's sole discretion:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform (whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity information).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities — whether or not agb99 discovers the error at the time the Wager is placed.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of the outcome of a sporting event on which you have placed a Wager on the Platform.
• Collusion with other Members to achieve an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or other multiplayer game environment.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to agb99 at any point during registration, KYC, or support interactions.
• Attempting to access another Member's account without authorisation.
• Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own name.

All content on the agb99 Platform — including but not limited to the agb99 name, logo, design system, website copy, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of agb99 or its licensed content suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any agb99 content without prior written authorisation.
• Use the agb99 name, logo, or branding in any external publication, social media post, or commercial context without express written consent from agb99.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the agb99 Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, agb99 shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform.
• Any loss arising from a Member's reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform for maintenance, security updates, technical failure, or events beyond agb99's reasonable control (including acts of God, government action, or telecommunications failure).
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to a Member's Account where the Member failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes agb99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by law.

agb99's total aggregate liability to any individual Member for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 Closure by Member

A Member may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting agb99 customer support. Upon receipt of a closure request, agb99 will process any pending withdrawal of Real Money Funds to the Member's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe, subject to satisfactory KYC verification. Any Bonus Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

11.2 Closure by agb99

agb99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to void any pending Wagers and withhold or forfeit the associated balance, if agb99 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached any provision of these Terms, including (without limitation) the prohibited conduct described in Clause 8, eligibility requirements described in Clause 2, or the payment conditions described in Clause 4.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of a Member's Account for any reason, the Member's licence to access the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 12 (Governing Law) — shall continue in full force and effect following termination.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which agb99 holds its operating authorisation. agb99 operates under international gaming regulations and is licensed and regulated internationally.

In the event of a dispute between agb99 and a Member, the Member should first contact agb99 customer support to seek an informal resolution. agb99 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly, typically within 5 business days of receiving a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the dispute resolution process specified by agb99's applicable gaming licence. agb99 will provide the relevant contact details for the independent adjudication body upon a Member's written request.

agb99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, agb99 will notify active Members via the email address registered to their Account and will post a notice on the Platform's homepage for a minimum of 7 calendar days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange closure of your Account prior to the effective date.
